Phase II ESA

If a Phase I ESA determines a potential environmental concern exists, Tradebe begins Phase II - an extended site assessment.  As part of the Phase II Assessment, our consulting group collects original samples of soil, groundwater and/or building materials to analyze for quantitative values of various contaminants.

Substances commonly tested for include:

  • Petroleum hydrocarbons
  • Heavy metals
  • Pesticides
  • Solvents
  • Asbestos
  • Mold

Phase III Environmental Site Assessments are an investigation including site characterization, cleanup and/or remediation of a site. Environmental investigators aim to delineate the physical extent of contamination based on recommendations made in Phase II assessments.

Tradebe performs turnkey site remediation working with our clients to create and implement work plans, feasibility studies and remediation systems at sites where there are significant soil or groundwater contamination issues.
