On April 23rd, 2024, Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC, acquired Curie Environmental Services, LLC of Albuquerque, NM. The acquired company will retain its name and operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC.
Curie specializes in recycling radioactive materials using a unique mail-back program for ionizing smoke alarms, exit signs, and other recyclable materials. Founded in 2010, the company operates a collection facility in Albuquerque, NM and services clients in all 50 US states and internationally.

With this acquisition, Tradebe’s service portfolio expands its reach into radiological services and geographically expands its offerings to the western region. Along with these expanded capabilities, Tradebe gains the substantial experience and technical expertise of the Curie team.
