The Competition Commission formally cleared the completed Healthcare joint venture between Tradebe Environmental Services Limited and SITA UK Limited.

On the 28th of March, the Competition Commission formally cleared the completed healthcare joint venture between Tradebe Environmental Services Limited and SITA UK Limited. The new clinical waste business, Tradebe Healthcare Holdings 
Limited is expected to increase competitiveness in the healthcare waste market due to improved efficiencies of the merged healthcare divisions. 

As a result of the joint venture, Healthcare waste producers such as NHS organisations (e.g. acute hospitals and GP surgeries), the private healthcare sector, nursing homes, dentists, pharmacies, veterinary clinics and pharmaceutical companies should expect to benefit from improved services,
innovation in technologies and cost efficiencies from the waste industry.

Tradebe Healthcare Limited will provide nationwide services to customers requiring collection, transport, treatment and disposal of Healthcare waste, as well as ancillary services related to compliance and training.
